Classes
Here at ITCH Dance, we offer a wide variety of dance classes that will prepare and train dancers to enter the industry. All of our classes are delivered by industry professionals at the highest standard, making excellent dance training more accessible. Within each class, dancers will have the option for filming choreography phrases for their showreels.
Spectacle
Fusing multiple styles of performance dance together, mainly rooted in commercial
dance. Dancers will learn choreography tailored to live audiences and camera, gaining experience of learning how a professional environment operates. Expect high energy choreography and playfulness! This class will be predominantly centred on learning choreography and performance
skills.
Jazz
Paying homage to the explosive and dynamic movement that accompanied social spaces in the 1920s. Dancers will train their kicks, leaps and turns through across the floor phrases while developing their rhythmical skills within set choreography. This class will be mainly centred around
technique training, with taught choreography to end.
Contemporary
Expression of the soul and the body. Dancers will begin with an eccentric heart raising warm up and intense stretch, before moving into a guided improvisation task. To finish, dancers will learn an extended section of choreography with the opportunity to film at the end of class.

Here at ITCH Dance, anyone is welcome to any class! We deeply value expanding the accessibility of dance training and eradicating the feelings of inadequacy and division. Below, we have a breakdown of what our class experience levels mean. This is not a limitation to attendance, but a guideline to what the class content will contain!

Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable wearing and moving in. If a class requires anything specific, such as trainers or a certain shoe, you will be notified in the class
